The hotel is nice, very close to the beach and close to the shops and bars/restaurants. There’s a rooftop pool of you don’t feel like going to the beach. I had breakfast included with my stay. The breakfast was basic but it was enough for me, it had all the food I like. The staff were all friendly as well. The town is a bit noisy, so get ready to listen to drunk people going home at 4-5 am singing at the top of their lungs. My only two criticisms of the hotel are this: 1) There is a coffee pod machine in the room but you have to buy the pods from the bar. Everywhere else I’ve been the tea and coffee in the room are complementary. 2) There is no shade at the pool. I would recommend the hotel offers beach umbrellas, otherwise it gets a bit too hot. Overall my stay was great. I would recommend this hotel.
Room, location and service provided can’t be faulted at all. Lovely hotel with a roof top pool and bar if you don’t fancy going out into town. Only reason I’m leaving a 4 instead of a 5 is simply because you need to pay to use the coffee machine in the room. This may be trivial to some but paying to use a basic function after already paying for the room is a bit wild in my personal opinion.
Not our first time in Lloret de Mar, but we picked this hotel because of the 4 star rating and the great photos of the facilities. Reception staff and waitresses were genuinely lovely and helpful – full marks to them. Sadly, that’s where the positives end. The room was fine but nowhere near 4 star standards. We’d added breakfast and dinner to the booking – worst decision ever. Food was as cheap as it comes: yesterday’s bread and fruit, bland dishes, and the “live‑cooking” chef served me a chicken breast still raw after barely 2 minutes on the grill. All meats cooked on the same surface too, so cross‑contamination is a real concern!😑 4 stars for the staff, one star (being generous) for the food. I wouldn’t stay again. If you really want to book here, choose room only and spend your money on breakfast and dinner elsewhere.
