Really good value for the money we paid , in my opinion. Loved the amenities , the room was clean and I was really happy that the housekeeping staff came daily in our room to do the cleaning and change the towels. The only minus points would be the fact that we had to pay extra for the sunbeds in the weekend , even though there was almost nobody at the pool & the lack of variety at the breakfast (there was only one option of eggs and it was the same - scrambled , every day. It would be better if they could at least change the type of eggs each day). Even so, we would for sure return!

I cannot recommend this hotel. There are simply too many things wrong with it. I imagine that whoever had it built listened to a designer, who designed it with fashion over function. It is a beautiful hotel, but it doesnt make sense. Why is my bathroom counter at my knees? Why are there two glass doors from the room to the outside that only open as doors, but dont slant (and are partially blocked by furniture)? Why do i have to wait for an arbitrary summer to do anything useful here? Why cant i use the air conditioning when it is 20+ degrees (C) outside? Why, when i went to the bar and asked for cocktails, did the bartender tell me "beer"???

Poor management. Very bad service not up to the standard of the facility. Booked 9 rooms here, was told to send an email and that I would receive a discount of about 10% off the actual price. Here, I received a worse offer than the one present at that time on Booking despite the commissions that the platform takes is as well I was offered even worse conditions. When I pointed this out to them they proceeded to raise the prices on Booking... The booking took a good 5 days, very slow in responding, I had to call them several times already getting angry with the staff. Unprofessional also in dealing with customers engaging very little in understanding guests' needs and requests. I asked several times to speak with the manager but he was always "unavailable" and I was dealing with employees who only reported the manager's words. I should have been called back but almost a week later I was literally ghosted. The hotel is nice but the service is that of a 2-star hotel, not 4. Simply bad.
