I visited in baddi on behalf company and stay in hotel gianz .it was very nice stay and food & service was also excellent. Well maintained property and it was especially nice to talk and meet to with Mr.Balraj.
Although the hotel staff claim it is a three-star property, it seems they are unaware of what that truly means. I felt cold at night, but there was no option to control the AC in the room. Additionally, basic washroom amenities were not provided unless specifically requested, which made me feel like I had to beg for them. To my surprise, while I was speaking to the reception via intercom, there was a sudden power outage for about five minutes, during which even the intercom connection was lost. This raises serious concerns about the facility’s infrastructure and service quality.
