Giardini Calce Luxury Rooms

We had the best experience staying at Giardini Calce! Tania and her team were so helpful even in the weeks leading up to our trip. Their proactive communication was so helpful in preparing our travel upon arrival. While we were there, they were incredibly accommodating and made sure that we felt comfortable in the area and had plenty of options for daytime activities and offered many dining recommendations. The rooms were clean and very spacious, and the restaurant attached to the hotel was delicious and so convenient. The hotel is situated right in the center of Ravello which made dining and exploring that much easier. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

This review is for the Calce Pizzeria to the right of the hotel! My husband and I stumbled in here last night while looking for an outside spot to eat dinner. Their dining space is covered, which was perfect as it was lightly raining! We were seated right away and ordered a beer and soda before we looked at the extensive pizza menu. They were making their pizza fresh in their beautiful pizza oven so we stuck with that and ordered a traditional margherita pizza even though there were plenty of creative options. We’ve been in Italy for 10 days and had plenty of pizza and we both agreed that it was the best pizza of our trip! Thin base, thick and chewy crust, the right amount of tomato sauce. Anyways, highly recommend for a more casual dinner in Ravello!

I booked a room here at the refundable rate (you must pay in full up front), and spoke with Tania via e-mail. She was response, give a few days, and very helpful. However, a month later when I unfortunately needed to cancel the entire trip due to a personal situation, I received no response to multiple e-mails asking for the refund. It has been weeks with no response. Be aware that even though there is a refund policy, it seems they do not honor it.
