Gild Hall A Thompson Hotel by Hyatt

Great experience overall. After staying in Time Square for a few days, we changed hotels to Gild Hall. Much more quiet than Manhattan and easier to get around. The hotel staff, specifically the manager - Rob was very helpful and accommodating. He gave a few recommendations of places to eat and experiences to check out and even remembered the previous conversations we had earlier in the stay. The rooms are very clean and food/bar inside the hotel was great. No complaints about the stay at all. Thanks Rob and the rest of the crew for making the back half of our trip enjoyable!

Bigger than a boutique hotel, small enough to feel cozy and personalized. Excellent restaurant on site. The lobby and room decor is a mix of English Gentlemen’s club and mid-century hotel fixtures. Dark and welcoming but not drab. The front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Ben, Simon and Angel will take care if you. Say hi to Mia too - she’s hit a great fur coat.

Gild Hall perfectly balances luxury and comfort with a stylish, cozy atmosphere. The rooms are thoughtfully designed—clean, modern, and well-appointed with leather accents and warm lighting that create a chic, welcoming vibe. The staff was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out. The location is ideal for exploring Lower Manhattan—just a short walk to Wall Street, the Seaport District, and multiple subway lines. Felice, the on-site restaurant, is fantastic for both breakfast and dinner (great wine selection too). Perfect spot whether you're traveling for business or a weekend getaway. Will absolutely stay here again!
