To be honest with you, the location of the hotel is great. However, maintenance sucks bed sheets and pillows towel as well, not so great. The staff is great and very curious, breakfast is also great and most of all the price is awesome however they need to maintain the hotel to keep up with demand

this is where the saying goes, don't be deceived by its looks on the ads.. we booked this hotel just because it was convenient, easy to get to nearby accessibility.. bcoz some of their staff are friendly, I'm giving it a 2 star.. if not, a 1 star would be too much to rate this property.. me & my spouse booked this property for 4 nights.. where do i start.. this is the first time we checked into a hotel without a mini fridge available in the room.. when we went down to check at the front desk, the staff told us that only those deluxe rooms & above (we booked a superior queen room) come with mini fridges.. I mean, what the hell, aren't every room in the hotel supposed to come with mini fridges for guests' convenience.. next was the tv in the room.. twice we had to inform the front desk that the tv in our room wasn't working, once was the tv remote was faulty, the other was the tv itself not in working condition.. breakfast wise, it's just basic, they don't even have the egg station.. but the worst was the Wi-Fi in the room.. most of the time when we were in the room, the WiFi wasn't functioning, we had to use our hp mobile data for the internet.. when we reported, again, the issue to the front desk, they said they'll have it fixed, but it's still the same.. stay away from this property at all cost, if u don't want your holiday to be ruined...

Stay at your own risk Lots of highly rated,but very questionable reviews Read Below: Upon entering, the hotel did not feel welcoming. Lobby was dark and humid. Furnishing , rooms, dining hall, hallways etc etc were outdated and barely operating. Rooms: where do I start : Standard and Deluxe Rooms Massively stained Dirty carpets(see photo), stained bed sheets Sweet Musky smell old furnishing stained walls(see photo) mold and holes in the shower(see photo) , holes in the air con(see photo) Ants and fruit flies in the rooms Housekeeping does not change the linens(beds sheets and pillow cases). Thin walls. Can hear noise from the hallway and rooms. Shower had No hot water 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 Short Blackouts every night Only one elevator operating(2 available) for 17 floors, because they want to save electricity during low occupancy. Breakfast: empty and not replenished during 09:00-10:00 hours. Subpar selection. Pro: detox drinks and eggs cooked to order. Too many negatives. It’s unbelievable that this hotel is still operating. Pros: professional and accommodating receptionist, fast WiFi , location and free indoor parking. If this review was helpful, please give it a 👍 Happy Travels !!!!
