..stayed at this hotel a moment after the earthquake hit the city of Cianjur, when first entering the hotel, many walls looked cracked but overall all the structures looked safe and functioning well. All hotel facilities were still running well and the service of the hotel staff was still optimal and professional so that we did not feel like we were in a post-disaster area.
We really enjoy staying in this hotel. We got a room with a window on the second floor. The breakfast menu has many choices. The food tastes delicious. All staff always have a big smile, not only in the morning but also in the afternoon. Good job, mates! I hope you can maintain this over the years.
Stayed one night at the Gino Feruci on the way to Bandung from Jakarta. We were let down with a hire car in Jakarta so were having travel issues. I have awarded 5 stars because the hotel staff were so incredibly helpful in finding us a driver to Bandung. Grab and Gojek drivers were reluctant to go that far so the hotel staff had to talk on the phone to quite a few before one finally agreed. Three of the staff went far beyond normal assistance in getting us safely into a car. Thank you for keeping our holiday going.
