I booked the old section (on agoda) (previous name is pullman) The room was bigger than I thought. I got room 101 on the first floor. With the balcony!! The room has complete facilities: hair dryer, soap, towels, safe, refrigerator, clothes hangers, hot water (in the bathroom), and most importantly, there is a cool air conditioner, perfect for summer travel. The staff are very nice and provide good service. You can leave your luggage after check-out and check-in is available 24 hours. Breakfast is not included, 10€ per person, buffet style. There is a city tax, I think it's the same everywhere, 6€/night. Perfect recommended 👌 👍 for budget travel.
Great no frills hotel very close to downtown Ancient Rome. WiFi was strong. Easy access from the train station but far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds. 10 minute walk to subway station.
The hotel is an average budget hotel in a cheap part of town. It is good enough to get to parts of tome but probably not the best. The hotel rooms are small, in need of refurbishment, the tram that runs outside is noisy and causes the table in the room to shake when it starts running early in the morning all the way through late into the night. Because it is a cheap hotel it seems to be popular with younger people who frequently make a lot of noise late into the night. The room walls are paper thin and you hear everything. The breakfast made available is €12 extra per person per day which for a basic continental breakfast is expensive. You are probably better off walking round the corner to one of the many cafes where you can get a coffee and croissant for about €5. Nothing special but not terrible - average rating
