Just enjoyed 5 fabulous days at Gypsie Point Lakeside. Very luxurious fully appointed apartment, pool, personal BBQ on the deck overlooking the inlet.The friendly manager Stephen was most helpful on a number of occasions such as helping with our internet connection and where to explore / walk around Mallacoota. Definately going back but for longer next time.
Stayed 2 nights in a water front room. Very well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location was very peaceful and the view of the lake from the room was fantastic. Room itself was clean, bright and welcoming. Again, it had everything we were wanting for. Facilities were more than adequate and the staff at reception were very helpful. There is a little shop with heaps of movies and other bare essentials (food, beer and wine). The information provided in the room about local attractions and wildlife was also very useful.
Surrounded by forest on the edge of the Genoa River in a garden setting of native shrubs and teeming with wildlife. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the well appointed apartments. We felt priviledged to have had the opportunity to enjoy this very special place.
