Gladius Hotels & Suites Parramatta an Ascend Hotel Collection

Thank you for hosting me. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to the train station. The front desk staffs and Max were exceptionally helpful and friendly, offering great local recommendations. The room was spacious, clean and with a small kitchen. The breakfast buffet was good with vegetarian options. The housekeeping team kept the room immaculate throughout the stay. I will surely consider to stay here again.

Gladius Hotel was a fantastic choice for our 4-night stay! Our room was spotlessly clean, modern, and well-maintained. What truly made our visit outstanding was the exceptional hospitality from the entire team. Max's great sense of humor and the attentive German lady (Marion?) went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect breakfast every morning, even surprising us with German bread rolls and samosas! We'll definitely be staying here again next time we're in Parramatta.

Don’t stay here. There is no way this is a 5 star should be barely a 3 star. Ended up staying 1 night instead of 2. Moved to the sky suits the second night, which was amazing. There’s so much accommodation to choose from in Parramatta, for your own sake avoid this place at all costs
