Gladstone Reef Hotel Motel

Stayed at the Reef Hotel Gladstone and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Great location too, close to shops, cafes, and the waterfront. The bistro had delicious meals and the atmosphere was perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended whether you're in town for work or leisure!

Stayed here for 2 nights on a recent business trip to Gladstone. My room was modern, clean and everything that you would expect. Internet worked well. Had dinner both nights in the restaurant. Meals came out quickly. Staff were very friendly. Steak was cooked to perfection.

had dinner for the third night in a row whilst in town. ordered a meal and got a number for my table. While I was at the TAB terminal (and waiting over half an hour for my dinner) a waitress (if you can still call them that?) took my number so I chased her down. After asking for my meal number back as I haven't received my meal yet, I was told not to be aggressive and then while trying to get my table number back a different waitress asked if I was tables 71 ( my number) I replied with yeah well you could've just put it on my table using the number but a staff member took it off. Once again I was more than chastised for being aggressive and further chastised and warned that I would be ejected if I didn't calm down. The manger came in and then warned me I was about to be removed from the premises for simply just trying to get the meal I had paid for. I pleasantly as I could muster insisted that I would never return. Hoping everyone who visits has a more agreeable experience. Food was OK but overcooked. I'm a chef
