Glam Hotel Nairobi Near Westgate Mall Westlands

This Hotel is located in prime part of westland and accessable to West gate and Sarit. Shoping Mall within walking in distance of 600 to 800 meter. The room's are very specious and we'll maintained. I would like to give 5 Star for maintenance of the room ambience, this hotel has veg and non veg food options and taste is also very good. I had a pleasant experience in staying for 7 day's. In between I had to shift for another hotel called progressive hotel due to non availability of the rooms, but I had bad experience in that hotel with high pay that Hotel was smelly and not maintained well. I highly recommend Glam hotel for stay it is very good. It is my personal experience.

The hotel is in such an amazing location. Everything is on your doorstep countless food options Malls, markets.. lots of places to walk if you want to do some exercise. The people are friendly and they're more or less. Just leave you alone to get on with life basically. The hotel itself is decent. Rooms are nice and spacious comes with a fridge, microwave and your usual amenities though you have to use a separate room if you want to do some ironing and those facilities are not great I personally wouldn't book my taxi with the hotel again. I would pre-book it with a private company as they are not that reliable.

⚠️ BEWARE: Poor Service & Theft at Hotel Glam, Nairobi ⚠️ I would give this hotel 0 stars if that was an option. Let me warn all future guests who are thinking of booking Hotel Glam and checking the reviews before making a decision. I stayed at this hotel for 10 days — from April 12 to April 22. On April 21, I lost my phone from room 503. I immediately reported the incident the same day and informed the staff that I had forgotten my phone in the room the night before (April 20). I returned to the hotel around 3 AM, and in the morning, I noticed that my phone was missing, though my MacBook was still there. I requested them to check the CCTV footage and they assured me they would provide it. On April 22, while checking out, I reminded them that I would be going to Mombasa and returning on April 26, and asked them again to show me the CCTV footage, specifically when the cleaning lady entered my room. When I returned on April 26, they simply said, “We apologize, we haven’t checked it yet.” It’s now June 12, and despite giving them my email and phone number, I have received absolutely no update from their side. Not a single follow-up. This is extremely poor customer service and irresponsible behavior. If you’re planning to stay at this hotel, do not trust the staff. If you lose anything, don’t expect any help from them. They will ignore your complaint and make false promises. This experience has left a very bad impression and I will never return to this place. Your safety and belongings are clearly not their priority.
