Glam Milano

My friend highly recommended this hotel to me; it was an excellent suggestion. Convenient location. The metro station is right next to the entrance of the hotel. The Central Railway Station is also 2-minute walk. The place is clean, and the staff is super helpful and welcoming. Lastly, the cleaner kept our room super organized and clean, and it was such a pleasant surprise when we found our daughter's toys covered by the blanket like in the photo 😁 Highly recommended place, clean, convenient, affordable, and very nice people working there 🙏

The people at the front desk were amazing…so kind. It was our first time in Europe so they upgraded us to a fabulous room with a private terrace and incredible view. We found a nice little restaurant just down the block with great food and ambiance. The convenience to the trains can’t be beat. All in all we highly recommend the Glam!!

Great location, just a short walk from Milan Central Station. The room was a good size and comfortable, though the bathtub is quite deep so do take care getting in and out. Breakfast was underwhelming with limited variety and average quality. Only scrambled eggs were available, and staff couldn’t accommodate other requests. We prepaid for the breakfast at check-in (as they offer a discounted rate for pre-paid breakfast), but after the first day we wished we hadn’t. Unfortunately, it couldn’t be refunded. The staff at the counter assured us that more variety would be added for us the next morning but the same breakfast was served for all 3 days we were there. Would recommend trying breakfast for a day first before committing. Overall, a convenient stay, but skip the breakfast.
