I can feel the great hospitality since we checked in. 絵里san was the one welcome us. We are non-Japanese so we are only able to understand a very little bit of Japanese. But she is able to welcome us in English which we really appreciate for her help. We asked for her suggestions for the restaurant nearby and we do appreciate her help to make a reservation for us. The room is spacious. Amenity is great. Just a bit not satisfied with the AC. It is not cold enough. Suggested to draw the curtain when you are out in the afternoon. Breakfast is superb! Great food with long serving time which is until 1400. Even check out time at 1300 you still able to have your lunch there afterwards. Not to mention the lounge is 24hrs with free flow drinks and little snacks as well♥️ The infinity pool even opens at night! Why not enjoy the jacuzzi with some bubbles to end the day with. There is a Lawson with walkable distance. Even most of the restaurants close at 10pm. You still able to get some food there. Overall the room is not cheap in price. But it is definitely worth it! I will come back for sure!
Amazing hotel, completely new. We love the room and all the possibilities. The room is big and comfortable, super clean. Great bathroom products. The laundry service also amazing. Love the breakfast! The bar and lounge 24 hours open. The stuff is very kind, I highly recommend. Thank you for everything! ❤️
we loved this hotel we decided this will be on luxe hotel of the trip because it was my birthday and it did not disappoint we paid about $600 per night so we had high expectations but these expectations were thoroughly met the hotel is stylish, well designed the lounge is decadent and indulgent we spent an entire afternoon just reading our books and sipping alcohol the infinity pool and jacuzzi overlooks the town and ocean but it was drizzly so we couldn't enjoy it much the meals were amazing!! kudos to the chef, we enjoyed the smoothies, the stone rice bowl, the Okinawan soba and the Ishigaki beef. super yummy! the staff were v helpful and willing to help me call the tour agent which only had a Japanese number the only gripe is that the hotel is surrounded by graves ... but it's tastefully covered up
