Lovely location, we had to pay extra for a sea view( 15 leva perday) but so worth it. The rooms are big and good A/C, only little grimes we have are the shower floods the whole bathroom, no lip on the tray. Also door to balcony is in dire need of a service(my job) as it does nit close properly and sealing gasket missing from frame. Other than that, very good. Breakfast is fine also. Staff lovely.
We went all inclusive and the food was lovely, good variety of drinks and alcoholic drinks, everything is so close to the hotel, rooms are clean and staff are pleasant apart from the waiter in the bar by the pool, he has been abit nasty a couple of times because he couldn't understand me, I got upset and I think someone had a word, and the lobby toilet stinks thats the only things I have had a problem with, everything else has been a really great time
This is my 3rd year coming to Sunny Beach and I can't give a good review of this hotel! If you want a hotel that is just to lay your head then this hotel would be for you. But if you have been to other hotels you will know how bad this hotel is. We were all inclusive (what a joke!) There was a notice stating if you leave too much food on your plate you would get charge (another what a joke!) The food was that horrible cold or Luke warm you couldn't eat it! We had a room w8th a lovely view of the rook which had the air-conditioning fans blasting 24/7 i would rather stay were the music was at least it would be entertaining. There was no entertainment during the day and music blasting from the Glarus bar which you would think was part of the hotel as they served food and drinks! Oh no! If you went there you had to pay for food and drink and if you went to the Asura which is also part of the Glarus you got 10% discount on drinks or food! The only positive about this hotel is it is near the beach nothing else. So if you are like me who has been to other hotels stay clear of this one! Crap cold food crap accommodation and very rude staff. Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!
