Gleam Bomonti Hotel

The hotel was exceptionally clean and felt very safe throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and professional, with special thanks to Barich and Ozgur—they were both incredibly kind and attentive, making sure guests felt welcomed and well taken care of. The only small inconvenience was the distance from the metro station—around a 17-minute walk—but aside from that, everything was excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly come back.

We recently stayed at Gleam Bomonti and had a pleasant experience. It was very clean and staff were helpful. Font desk and lobby staff were very friendly, kind abd helpful. Breakfast was great and the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing. But I must add that the breakfast staff didn't really get a 5 star from any of us and we were a family of 7 , staying in 3 rooms. They were polite, but to serve tea and coffee seemed like a hard mission. But they were nice young staff. I guess not very experienced. But overall, I really like the hotel. Very close to many stores, shops, cevahir mall and metro. We enjoyed our stay and of you are having surgery, this is a great hotel to stay. Thank you everyone at The Gleam Bomonti. Stayed here for a two-day trip to Istanbul and absolutely loved it. The coffee was great, rooms were clean and comfortable, the amenities were top-of-the-line and the location was easy to direct Taxis back to. Also the workers were very helpful in giving us directions for sites to see! Overall great experience.
