From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. We were warmly greeted with incredible hospitality—cheesecake and drinks on arrival made us feel truly welcomed after our journey. The staff were exceptionally professional, polite, and supportive throughout our stay. What truly stood out was how the hotel handled a difficult situation with such grace and understanding. Due to a sudden medical emergency, we had to cut our trip short. The team was not only sympathetic but went above and beyond to assist us with a refund—something we truly appreciated during a stressful time. During our stay, the service was impeccable. The staff even conducted a car inspection to ensure there were no scratches or damages while it was parked, which showed their attention to detail and care for guests’ belongings. This was hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The professionalism, kindness, and warmth from the staff made all the difference. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. If you’re looking for top-tier service with genuine hospitality, look no further.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The location is excellent just a short walk from Nişantaşı, making it ideal for shopping, dining, and exploring Istanbul. The rooms were very clean, the service was exceptional, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Special thanks to (Can), who helped us get our room smoothly upon arrival. (Oguz)(both of them!) at the reception were incredibly helpful and professional.( Emrah) is an amazing person always smiling and making us feel truly welcomed; he was always ready to assist with anything we needed. (Rojon) greeted us each day with a warm smile and kindness, and (Efe)was consistently helpful and attentive. A heartfelt thank you as well to (Özgür), who was always smiling and treated us with great hospitality. His thoughtful gestures made us feel truly cared for. The entire team made our experience feel personal and cared for if we ever needed anything, they would make sure we got it. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul!
