Glen Lodges

Lovely lodge with a fabulous view. Lodge had everything we needed for our stay, was clean and comfortable and cozy. Hosts are friendly and easily available should need them. Great location allowing days out to some amazing places. Loved watching all the wildlife from the balcony ( and sofa when the cold wind was blowing!). We had close up views of red kites, buzzards, kestrels, heard owls and cuckoos and caught glimpses of deer on the tops and enjoyed watching the lambs get up to their antics in the field next to us. If you want to leave the car behind for a day, it’s easy to use the train to get to places like RSPB Forsinard in the flow country or Inverness. Highly recommended.

So very peaceful and relaxing. The views are magnificent and the birds coming to feed at the balcony feeders are entertainment in themselves. Lodges are immaculate and have everything needed. A beautiful place to stay.

Our family (plus our dog) stayed at The Highland Glen Lodges for 5 nights, and the experience was simply perfect. The location is like a dream, with stunning scenery, and the hospitality of the owners made it even more special. The cabin was comfortable and cozy, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We recommend taking a lovely walk up to the lake for breathtaking views. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it!
