From the time we arrive the friendly welcoming and helpfulness was beyond anticipated.from booking in to booking a day trip the young man who booked us in was exceptional in explaining what was available and what a day trip consisted of. evening entertainment was fantastic.but the most important thing for us was the exceptional help for my partner who has a walking aid which at events, breakfast and evening meals the help and assistance was exceptional, i can not thank the staff for all their friendly support and help during our stay.we will definitely be coming back .Thanks again for your help not only for my partner but making my stay less stressful...you all deserve 5 stars.
Beautiful hotel and great location!! Super friendly, Super clean!! Great For kids , pool, games area , play room etc. Suitable for adults too, shows, music etc at night!! Great outdoor area for eating and drinking! They managed to ensure a lost teddy was reunited with its beloved owner too!! Forever grateful!! Have stayed here twice now and really looking forward to returning !!
Room was so dated! So small and definitely not worth the money! It was so hot, no air con and asked for a fan and it was so much hassle! We were absolutely melting! Would absolutely NOT recommend staying here!!! For the price I paid I would definitely expect a nicer room!!
