Gleneagles Albert Road

Brilliant hotel. Adam and Gemma were great. Nothing was a problem. Breakfast was amazing and cooked to order. We're booked up for next year.

From arriving Friday night at 8.30pm we were greeted by Adam a very friendly host — walking into the room the heat met us - we were both so relieved as it was so cold outside (16th January 2025). The room was spotless and decor very nice. TV modern. Drinks tray full of all the drinks you need. Slept very well. The bathroom was clean - the shower was easy to work and the right water pressure. For breakfast we were greeted by Gemma (very friendly just - nothing was too much for her). Breakfast came on a real hot plate - products were excellent (loved the sausages). The last 3 years we have visited other hotels as we come for the Pigeon Show at Winter Gardens. This was the best hotel we have stayed in. They deserve to know we had a real nice stay.

We had a 2 night stay at the Gleneagles as we were visiting The Winter Gardens. The hotel is in an ideal position for Blackpool Tower, Winter Gardens and the beach. We were welcomed on our arrival by Adam, he went through everything and was very efficient. We stayed in room 3, and while the room was not massive it was spotlessly clean, there was plenty of hot water for a shower and the bed was decent. Adam took our breakfast order on arrival and said if we wanted to change anything then it wasn't a problem. Breakfast was served by his wife Gemma, she is lovely and very attentive to your needs. I asked if I could have some apple juice which she obliged with and the second morning automatically brought it to me, little touches like that make all the difference! I asked if I could add a hash brown and that was no problem either. While some things in the room were a little tired and the wifi is a bit sketchy we absolutely couldn't fault anything with our stay.
