We had dinner and it was outstanding. Everything we ordered was put together with love and dedication. It was the best steak I’ve had in a long time, the pepper sauce was on point. And the apple crumble was also…the best I’ve had in ages. The waiter we had (he said he was from India) was polite, kind and over all a very charismatic guy.
We had lunch here with a stunning view of the lake and surrounding green hills — peaceful, quiet, and perfect for a relaxing meal. The slow-cooked beef was incredibly tender, rich, and full of flavour — highly recommended! The fish and chips were average, but still enjoyable. Friendly service and the price was very reasonable for the quality. A lovely stop if you’re in the area!
Excellent location on a quiet Loch (walking distance to the Harry Potter bridge). Lovely building and nicely decorated rooms. The restaurant menu and wine selection were limited.
