A Perfect Stay – Warm, Elegant, and Impeccable!! My stay at this hotel was truly excellent. What stood out in particular was the elegant and composed behavior of the management, which added a sense of refinement to the whole experience. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented, with plenty of variety.Everything was spotlessly clean, and the hospitality shown by the entire staff was warm, genuine, and attentive throughout. I was also deeply touched by the friendly and heartfelt way they responded to a personal happy occasion — it made my stay feel even more special. We are currently staying at this hotel and are very pleased with our experience. The rooms are clean and can be serviced daily upon request. The staff is friendly and helpful — definitely worth recommending. What truly stands out is the breakfast. The manager has an exceptionally kind and welcoming manner, offering fantastic recommendations for different breakfast options such as pancakes, omelets, avocado toast, and more. Absolutely attentive service and incredibly delicious food!

THE HOTEL MANAGER SPAT AT ME, THREW MY PHONE OUT IT MY HAND AND USED RACIAL SLURS. AVOID THIS HOTEL! Upon check out I had a simple question to ask to Concierge. If breakfast is included why did the hotel manager say he'd charge the cost of a breakfast menu item to my room? This caused the hotel staff to speak to the manager who berated, yelled and even assaulted me! I'm looking to take legal action as I can't believe a hotel could do such a thing after being a paying customer. Over a simple query they lost their temper and put me in imminent danger by slapping my phone out of my hand as I tried to record the incident. Informed the police as I have video evidence.
