Glenspean Lodge Hotel & Restaurant

Absolutely top notch hospitality! Ian and Suzanne are welcoming and accommodating in every way. The food is incredible, local and delicious. Location out in the beautiful highland country is relaxing and away from the bustle of town, yet close enough to get everywhere quick. This place is worth every star. From the fantastic hosts who go beyond expectations and out of their way to help you, to the lovely stylish old fashioned rooms with all the amenities you need, to the fabulous central location to so many locations. Car parking is free and right outside. Breakfast including hot food made to order is free. There's a restaurant and bar downstairs where you can purchase dinner that feels like your in a high class restaurant. There's enough space at that base of the bed to have open 2 large suitcases, the beds are so soft and incredibly warm at night, rooms are very clean, and the free tea/coffee/hot choc/biscuits are wonderful.

I recently stayed here with a tour group and it was the most wonderful experience! The lodge is gorgeous with unique rooms that are all put together extremely well in a way that is also incredibly homey and cozy. Ian and Suzanne were the most gracious hosts and looked after all of us with attention and care - they really did make us feel welcome. I also love the lodge’s emphasis on sustainability and appreciated their encouragement to consider our own usage of materials during our stay (but with no pressure as they were incredibly kind about it!). The food was excellent, the bar had a wide breadth of choices, and the grounds were also gorgeous. I will always remember this place fondly for this incredible experience. Thank you!!
