Had an amazing stay at Glenville Resort! The ambience was incredibly soothing, creating the perfect getaway experience. The staff and services were truly commendable—special thanks to Krishna ji for being exceptionally calm, polite, and welcoming. Highly recommend visiting this beautiful place!

I had a truly exceptional stay at Glenville Resort. The ambience was serene and thoughtfully curated, offering the perfect environment for a relaxing getaway. The hospitality and services provided were of the highest standard. I would especially like to commend Mr. Krishna for his calm demeanor, courteous nature, and warm hospitality, which significantly enhanced the overall experience. I highly recommend Glenville Resort to anyone seeking a tranquil and memorable retreat.

We booked this place for my sister’s wedding, and honestly, apart from the physical venue, there was nothing good about it. Even the venue itself needs serious maintenance. The management clearly doesn't care about their customers. When someone is putting so much effort into making this place their wedding destination, the least they deserve is respect and support. The staff is employed to help us, not the other way around. The manager strongly advised us to book a decorator from their recommended panel. We trusted them and went along with it—worst decision ever. This place is in Dehradun, where people are known for trust, warmth, and hospitality, but these people have none of those qualities. In fact, it doesn’t even feel like they are from Dehradun, and that’s probably why they don't share the values locals are known for. They’re using the goodwill of the city and its people to mislead others, and that’s truly shameful. The decorator had to be reminded repeatedly that he was working for us. He constantly belittled everyone around him and had no regard for whether someone was being wronged. These people have lost all sense of humanity and are just focused on making money. A true businessman earns respect—these people have completely lost it. We will never go back here and strongly recommend others avoid this place. Had it not been a wedding, we would have changed the venue in a heartbeat. But that’s what they exploit. First, they impress you with the venue, then start charging you for every little thing like it’s a money-making scheme. It’s dishonest and manipulative. I won’t name individuals, but beware: if someone doesn’t seem like they’re from Dehradun, they probably aren’t—and unfortunately, in this case, they were not trustworthy either. They’re using locals against each other, and that’s just wrong. You’ve lost a big group of potential customers, and clearly, you don’t care. I'm writing this review for anyone considering this place for their wedding—DON’T. They will ruin everything good about your big day. You’ll be left to do everything yourself—even something as basic as arranging a motor for the lights because they can’t provide it. Worst things about this place: Manager and Decorator,especially the decorator. BE AWARE. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.
