We (German family) had an absolutely pleasant stay at this place. The staff is super friendly and very helpful, the rooms are spacious, the shower was huge and the breakfast very yummy. The location is super convenient with shops/restaurants in walking distance. It's araoung half an hour drive with privat car to the Taroko gorge and to Liyu Lake. When we come back to Taiwan this will be definitely our place to stay again!
Room is really clean Breakfast was the best hotel Breakfast ever!! However, the swimming pool is too swallow, it is hard to swim for adults and teenagers. It is good place for baby. Also, the owner's wife is Korean. It is easier to communicate for me.
Got great discount on Agoda, stayed for 4 days during CNY. Clean room, friendly host and nice parking area. Close to down town Hualien. Enjoying my stay here.
