Gleuel Inn Hotel Serviced Apartments

Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures. The rooms are clean and well-kept. The kitchen is well equipped. The only thing that is very noticeable is the silicones in the shower necessary to replace (visible mold). In general, the hotel is located in a very quiet place. We recommend.

Disappointed with Last-Minute Cancellation I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Gleuel Inn. After booking my stay, I was shocked to receive a cancellation notice on the very day of my arrival, without any reason provided. Firstly, the lack of communication and explanation was unacceptable. As a traveler, I rely on timely and clear information, especially concerning my accommodations. The abrupt cancellation left me scrambling to find alternative lodging, which was both inconvenient and stressful. Additionally, the hotel’s customer service was unhelpful when I tried to reach them to make some clarification. Not only did they fail to offer a valid reason for the cancellation, but there was also no assistance or compensation provided for the inconvenience caused. This level of service is far below what I would expect from a reputable hotel. Given the circumstances, I cannot recommend Gleuel Inn. Travellers should be aware of the risk of last-minute cancellations without proper communication or support. It’s essential to have reliable accommodation. Rating: 1/5

We booked our stay at this hotel well in advance and the booking was confirmed. Then about 4 WEEKS LATER! I received an email concerning a 'so called problem with credit card'. They said that my credit card could not be used/charged. There was nothing wrong with my credit card or the details given....even though the booking details are showing on my credit card bill ready for cashing on the day of arrival. The customer service on the telephone was useless and they said there was nothing they could do. They gave us 24 hours to try and sort this problem out, even though we still had 7 weeks before our visit. The next day our booking was cancelled. Obviously we got such a good deal by booking early and this wasn't to their liking. Now all rooms are booked up at a premium price because of the gaming convention in town at that time, which is why we booked the room well in advance in the first place. Now we can't find anything, they just left us hanging out to dry. BE CAREFUL!!!!...you could be disappointed when booking this hotel.
