The staff were very welcoming and immediately showed us places to visit which we found helpful. The activities such as the cruise were very relaxing and their massage was amazing! The hotel itself is nice and clean as everyday cleaners come, there is quite a bit of noise but it can’t be helped due to being a tourist attraction. When regarding a concern, staff are immediately sent to help us which reassures us on our stay - will definitely book again next time we visit. Around the hotel there are many restaurants near so there is no worry when searching for food along with their complementary breakfast.

I had a very good experience at this hotel. Conveniently located right next to the Hippodrome, so you can walk to almost everything (bring comfy shoes because the streets are cobblestone). The staff was extremely accommodating and made sure every need was taken care of with a 24/7 desk person. The rooms were clean and they had maid service daily, along with a decent Turkish breakfast buffet. The only downside was the air conditioning. It worked great, but could be finicky to turn on (most places in Istanbul shut power off in the rooms when you’re not there to conserve energy). But, after a minute or so, it cooled down and stayed comfortable throughout the night (I visited in June). I would recommend this 100%.

It’s pretty closed historic places. I booked 2 rooms, one for my parents, and one for my family. I was stayed 4 days, some days were but noisy, but most of days were fine. Staffs are kind, Room was pretty organized. But we left 2 cups used with beer, they not washed those. The refrigerator in room wasn't cool enough. Only single-layered sheet were provided, perhaps because it was summer. If you get cold easily, ask hotel for extra blankets.
