What a gem of a hotel! So much to cover so let me break this into category The hotel: beautiful exterior and lobby. Their diner (which is there breakfast buffet as well) just simply stunning. Everyone from kitchen staff were constantly punctual making sure the tables were clean for the next guest to use The room: we stayed on the 4th floor and it did not disappoint. Heated floors in the bathroom, towel heater on the wall. Very well kept The staff: everyone exceeded expectations but I would like to give a heavy recognition to one in particular (look at picture). This man has a great sense of humor and goes above and beyond to keep their customers beyond happy. On behalf of myself, thank you for a wonderful memory
I spent five nights here on business trip and loved every minute. From my balcony I watched the sunset. Each day I returned to a spotless, cozy room. The staff greeted me by name, helped with tips, and even recommended a great restaurant nearby. The breakfast was delicious and slightly changed every day.
I stayed at this hotel recently and, honestly, I was quite disappointed. The room (102) was very small and felt cramped. The furniture was old and worn out, and the bathroom was tiny and not comfortable at all. There was no proper shower area—just a handheld spray with no curtain or divider, so the whole bathroom got wet after using it. Also, there were no basic things like a toothbrush, razor, or even proper shower gel. The biggest issue for me was the noise. The room looked out onto the metro line—not the sea as expected—and trains kept passing by, especially at night, which made it really hard to sleep. The "view" was just the metro tracks, which was very disappointing. That said, the reception staff were very kind and helpful. They were welcoming, friendly, and did their best to assist with anything I needed. That part I really appreciated. Overall, though, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless some serious improvements are made. The location, room quality, and lack of basic amenities made it feel like poor value for the price. A few small upgrades could make a big difference
