Great view of the city. But the room smells and wifi is slow. Despite this is an old hotel, it still has so much potential. The view from the revolving restaurant is the best, but the food and waitresses need to be significantly improved.
An old hotel lacking of modern interior, location is perfect.
No one can speak English at the reception desk. And I disappointed in the smell of cigarettes, when I checked-in to our room.
