We were a family of four, with 2 teens staying in a 2 bedroom suite which includes a pullout couch. The second bedroom is very small but served the purpose fine. There was plenty of space and the refrigerator was nice to have. Washer and dryer were included too but we did not utilize. Amenities were fantastic with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, hot tubs, gym and more. But the service is what really set this hotel apart for us. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and very accommodating! We checked out on a Monday and road tripped to other parts of WA and then circled back to Seattle on Sunday to fly home. I asked at the front desk when checking out if they would be willing to hold our bags for a few hours before we went to the airport and they were happy to accommodate which was so helpful for us! The area the hotel is located in very nice, there are a couple places to grab food right near there but not a lot. But it was easy to hop on a scooter to get downtown. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The 1-bedroom suite with a dedicated office space was impressively spacious—perfect for relaxing or getting a little work done in peace. The interior had a clean, modern feel, and the room stayed blissfully quiet throughout my stay. One of the highlights was having access to three pools, including one that’s open 24 hours, which was a huge bonus for late-night swimmers. The 86-degree pool is especially convenient if you stay on the second floor since it’s just a short walk over without needing the elevator. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated the parking options for oversized vehicles. Although there’s no restaurant on-site, the overall convenience and comfort more than made up for it. Would definitely return for another stress-free getaway.

Enjoyed our stay at Level Seattle. We booked a 2 bedroom 1 bath condo style hotel room. It was well equip to prepare our own meals etc. The fridge had filtered water which was a great perk for us. The AC in our unit did not run well (if at all). Lucky for us the weather was nice enough to open windows, I can’t imagine the room during a hot summer day. I felt the room was clean but the linen was on the cheaper end. No fitted sheets, only a flat sheet tucked in which easily pulled away. One bedroom was barely a room with no windows and only sliding doors (like a closet) but considered a room somehow. However, the amenities of the site were great and we definitely would have enjoyed the pool more if our stay had been longer. The hotel side offered 3 elevators but it was clear at least one was down during part of our stay. It created quite the commute back to our room over the weekend having to wait for an elevator. The location was also wonderful, aside from the large hill you have to trek from Whole Foods, but that’s Seattle for you.
