They deleted my initial review. That's hilarious. And they still have a 3.2. They have bugs. They're rude and unwilling to accommodate, and they have misleading listings. Stayed there back in February and paid like $700 for 4 nights of "luxury", but it was absolutely terrible. The rooms are extremely basic and have almost nothing in them. There are motels in the area better than this. Go elsewhere. I beg you lol.

My stay at this place was terrifying. Spent 500 dollars a night for a luxury suite more like a 1 star motel room inside a nice building. Like putting lipstick on a pig as you may call it. Room 608 is roach infested! Big and small crawlers in both the kitchen and living room area. We requested a room change which they didn’t accommodate. Even after providing videos and photos of the ongoing issue. There was no attempt to relocate us. Beware of this property beware of global luxury suites at the Monte Carlo in Miami Beach. They are inhuman and have very misleading listings. I requested a full refund of my stay they rejected it and also in this situation would expect a credit or partial refund and I didn’t receive nothing only 4 days of hell.

I wrote a review before, but I guess it got removed. This company probably pays to have that done. They are shady. Which is unfortunate because the price for the room was a decent value. But, they treat it like an airbnb... you have to do a lot of cleanup yourself even for a single night stay, which is crazy. And months after staying they tried to collect payment for something that I already paid for previously. It was about $20 and they wanted it badly. NOW they're offering me money (bribing me) to leave 5-star reviews. Why be this way? Just offer a good service and value and let your reviews come in organically instead of paying some shady marketing company for fake/paid reviews. Put that toward the customer instead.
