I was there last night and I can say the room was clean and balcony was ok . The only thing I didn’t like that the room was hot and I try to look for so I could have relax better. The second part was I couldn’t watch tv at all . The remote didn’t work so I was disappointed because I had to us my phone to watch tv .

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, several issues significantly impacted the quality of my experience: • The room was not ready at the designated check-in time, which caused an unnecessary delay and inconvenience. • Upon entering the room, there was a pervasive and unpleasant smell of marijuana, which made the environment uncomfortable and unsuitable. • The microwave was in extremely poor condition, with heavy staining and a lack of cleanliness that suggested it had not been properly maintained. • Most importantly, the central air conditioning was not functioning, leaving the room uncomfortably warm and making it difficult to relax or sleep. Given the combination of these issues, I genuinely feel that the value promised was not delivered. I respectfully request to be contacted regarding a full or partial refund. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter further and find a resolution.

What an absolute nightmare!!! Please choose another place to rent!!! This place is out of control. The first night, there were homeless people in the lobby. The lobby smelled so bad. I did not feel safe!!! They didn't rush to fix the problem. That only happened after 3 phone calls. The second night, the noise was just ridiculous and unbearable!! There was a party of over 30 kids in a room. The party spilled out into the hallway at 01:50am until 05:00am. I called many times. Still no one has responded until this day, 2 days later. I tried to cancel this room two weeks ago because I had a bad feeling. They were very adamant about no refunds. Now I see why. The hotel is just terrible!! The time is 01:14am and there has been a child screaming in the room since 11:30pm. The second night of being awakened out of my sleep. I can't go back to sleep now. I am due to leave at 04:00am. I didn't check the reviews until now. As far as their refund policy, even when I clearly show this place to be unsafe and awful experience, they fought tooth and nail not to return some of my money. Which I will say, look at the reviews and believe them!!! This trip to New York was certainly what I didn't expect. If most of the hotels are like this, I would never visit again.
