Our stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing. The apartment had broken chairs, a deformed sofa, and worst of all, my son had to sleep on the floor due to insufficient bedding. Despite repeatedly contacting the agency about these issues, they consistently dodged responsibility and refused any compensation or discount, showing a clear profit-driven attitude. There were only two chair and they were broken. We couldn’t have a normal meal, we had to sit on the floor or on our bed. The only positives were the stunning view of Boston from the residence entrance and a nice, modern fitness center. However, the swimming pool water was uncomfortably cold. Overall, the agency’s indifference and lack of accountability made this a frustrating experience. I expected much better for the price.

BEWARE!!! Read the reviews. My experience, too, was shockingly bad. We tried to check in at 4:00 pm, as published. The concierge was no help. He said he didn’t have a key at the desk to give me and I would have to call Global Suites. Good luck with that. 20 minute holds and you MAY reach someone at an out of country call center who will promise to forward your concern to someone else and call you back. After waiting almost 1.5 hrs we were finally given a key…..only to discover when we entered the room that someone was still living in it. More phone calls. More frustration. We were finally offered another unit at another location, sight unseen. Thank goodness they canceled my reservation on my request and refunded my costs. Have fun finding another place to stay in Boston as a walk up. They have earned their poor reviews.

This company is one of the worst companies I ever handled with. We booked initially an apartment for ~1 month. We liked our united and the apartment complex, so we wanted to extend our stay - we booked with booking initially- , so we started chasing them down for almost the whole month to get an extension. We filled out our paper work and everything looked fine until the first problem occurred. Afterwards we had several times a verbal confirmation that our stay is now confirmed, just followed by some problems occurring. Now after all that time we need to leave the flat because something went wrong again after we paid already the full rent! Special thanks to our account manager Sean Xavier being absolutely unhelpful in any way! Hard to reach, never follows up or replies to emails.
