Good points: Food- really good selection, every day different dishes/themes. I struggle to see how anyone could complain about the food. Animation team- They were fantastic, they tried to get everyone involved and with only 4 of them I cant believe how hard they worked. Staff- From check in to check out all staff were happy, helpful and cleaning team do a fantastic job. Bad points: I just feel the Hotel is a little tired. Particularly around the pool as there are a fair few broken floor tiles and in some areas they are actually lifting. I just felt the Hotel would of been in its prime 10/15 years ago. As good points greatly out weigh the bad points I would return to this hotel.

We returned from our vacation two days ago. Location: The beach is beautiful and the sea is stunning. There are shops, souvenir stands, and car rental services within walking distance of the hotel — very convenient. Room: Unfortunately, the room was very noisy. In the evenings, we could clearly hear our neighbors, and during the day there was constant noise from cleaning in nearby rooms. It was difficult to get proper rest. Entertainment: There was no real animation or organized activities. In the evening, they occasionally hosted Bingo games, and during the day — only basic quizzes about the hotel. Food: The food was disappointing. The selection was limited and almost the same every day. One evening, they even served sushi with apples, which seemed like an odd choice. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on the dining experience.

The rooms were quite all the time remade, which is good, but the bed sheets and the pillow were never changed, also I found some hairs in my bed which they weren’t mine because they were long and thin. The service was decent but not excellent. The position was good and very strategic for the customers. But something that was terrible was the food. Me and my brothers all got the fever and sick after 5 days of being in the hotel, the food was, most of the time, frozen and the only thing that saves the meal was the chef that cooked the pasta at the moment. The food was clearly made in large quantities without thinking about the quality. I wouldn’t come back to this hotel in the future.
