I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. I highly recommend the sea view, it's fantastic and perfect for a romantic getaway with your partner. The food was excellent, offering a wide variety, and the venue was quite spacious, allowing guests to relax comfortably whether indoors or outdoors. The hotel is located in the north, which I believe is the best area to stay, peaceful, quiet, and reasonably priced. An additional plus was the free parking nearby, something I haven't encountered in years while traveling in Europe. The hotel also offers a great selection of entertaining and delightful cocktails. The only areas for improvement are the housekeeping services and the requirement of deposits for amenities like ironing and towels, which made me a bit uncomfortable.

Just had wonderful 7 day stay all inclusive. Room was roomy, plenty storage, with balcony where I took stunning sunrise photo. There are 4 crystal clear beaches within easy walking distance. You can snorkel and paddleboard. Lovely shallow waters to see lots of fish. Buffet food was fair to good. Staff very happy and welcoming.

At first glance, the hotel appears attractive and well-maintained. The staff deserves respect, as many of them carry out their daily duties professionally. However, despite its 4-star rating, I believe the hotel truly reflects a strong 3-star experience. ✅ Positives Friendly staff: Most employees were courteous and helpful—especially at reception and other guest areas. Location advantage: The hotel sits right on the seafront and provides its own sun loungers, which is a major perk—no need to rent one by the beach! ⚠️ Areas for Improvement Reception service: Two female receptionists seemed disengaged—on their phones they were looking at their phones and seemed amused without even offering a greeting when we entered they looked at us but didn't greet us. Similarly, a restaurant attendant gave me an odd look instead of a smile. Room condition: It’s clear the room hasn’t been renovated recently. Housekeeping overlooked some details; the bedsheet had stains upon arrival. On the second day, they only replaced towels and didn’t even sweep the floor—though I understand we were there for the seaside, not housekeeping. Food variety: Breakfast and lunch menus were repetitive and limited selection . We dine off-site most evenings, good thing I didn't get all inclusive, because in restaurants they have really good food. 🏨 Final Verdict Overall, this hotel is a solid 3-star stay. With improvements in staff training, room upkeep, and menu diversity, it could genuinely earn a 4-star rating.
