Love this hotel. It's not perfect, but it had the perfect balance for us. Great pools including water slides for younger kids so there's plenty to do included in your stay. I rate the food very highly, there's always something good to eat at main meal times, and fast food throughout the day. All inclusive drinks were decent quality. Location-wise, it's away from the town so some might think it's too quiet with little to do in walking distance and no nearby night life. But there are free buses to many not so far attractions. There is some entertainment in the hotel at night - some nights it was rubbish, but one night they had a pool party with fireworks, it's random. If all you want from a holiday is sit by the pool with unlimited food and drink while your kids hit the water slides, you can't get much better than this for the price.

We had booked here for July 2025 and had read some reviews that were less than kind. However, from our experience, these reviews are unfair. The hotel is split into three main accommodation areas, and there are three separate pools; all of which were really clean. The main pool is quite warm, the second (lower) pool much cooler so there is a choice of temperature. The kids splash park is a separate to these pools and has great facilities with selection of slides to suit very small to bigger kids (that can also include big kid parents!). The comments about cleanliness are, from our experience, unjustified. The animation staff were great, and everything is explained in both French, English and Spanish - again, comments that it's all geared towards French visitors are unfair. There are ranges of activities that you would expect and their success depends on whether you are up for joining in! The food was superb - every meal time had some good staple basics (pizzas, chips, pasta, salads etc), but then something different each time; e.g., theme nights, lots of different meat and fish choices (lovely steaks, full roasts, freshly grilled chicken and fish) as well as paella and other dishes. The location is a little self contained, but there are shops close by (pharmacy, restaurants etc) as well as a Mercadona approx 10 mins walk away.

Booked a last minute holiday here, and it's been spot on. The splash pad for the kids was the highlight and kept my 3 year old entertained the whole trip. Rooms are a good size and kept very clean. Bed super comfortable. Entertainment has been fun and very family friendly. Food decent and good snack options all through the day. Doesn't get 5 stars as had a tendency to keep running out of stuff in busy times and some of the food could have been better prepared. Also if in block A, can be a little noisy at night, but not enough to disturb sleep! Overall, a great find and really good value for money.
