It definitely deserves its 4* rating. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The size of this resort shocked us, there was always plenty to do and all blocks/areas were different. Food wise: I would definitely recommend booking the beach restaurant every night (as we did), the main restaurant lacks food choice, heat, space and communication. Sometimes you would get seated and others you had to wait for a table to become available (which you don’t expect in an all inclusive resort). The beach restaurant has themed nights and always a solid selection. The views of the surrounding areas of the hotel are great but shops, restaurants and bars are lacklustre. Although Estepona is only a 20/30 minute drive away and Marbella not too far either, leaving the hotel for walking distance is pointless. The beach on the hotel (despite bad reviews) is a proper beach, it stretches quite far out. Entertainment team weren’t fantastic, was very child based and main shows started way too late (22:00). Trying to get a table for the entertainment is like getting blood from a stone! Other than that, we enjoyed our stay here, would recommend for families!

Overall a nice clean and tidy hotel, the pool slides and chairs were watered down every night. The rooms could have been cleaned everyday even though we opted out and got a good tidy clean all belonging still in place but neat & tidy. Rooms were clean and tidy bathroom had a slight bit of mould. Very well looked after garden/grass/plants. Rooms can be 5/10 min walk away from restaurants depending where you are. The kids and adults all loved the slides. Great for all kids and ages. Lovely pools. They play music from speakers near the baby pool & big pool very loud all day long. There is a kids. Club cannot comment as we did not use but looked good. Night entertainment okay seen a lot a lot better. Games room has pool table and other paid games/toy Night entertainment- singing dancing mashup , not the best Trampolines- extra charge

Lovely rooms. The whole hotel was very clean. The hotel grounds were very well maintained. Reception very slow. Food in restaurant and beach bar left a lot to be improved on. The drinks as part of "all inclusive" were cheap and not cheerful. Spent a lot of money between bingo, kids machines, trampoline etc. Animation team were good but our 9 year old came crying from kids club one day because they wouldn't give him a medal he won. Great selection of pools and slides. Really something for everyone. Guests who had too much alcohol fighting at the pool one day. The language and threatening behaviour was outrageous. Lone lifeguard blowing his whistle for help. Only when another guest ran to the bar to call for help did someone come. Very slow response and we were expected to just get on with the rest of our day. We won't be in a hurry back
