Globales Santa Ponsa Park Hotel

Globales Santa Ponsa Park is a very clean and well functioning hotel. The staff is very friendly and will help whenever they are able to. Be aware that the guests primarily come from GB and at all ages. And the hotel walls are very thin. The pools are being used by guests from 2 hotels and the pool area is very crowded. The restaurant is very well organized and the food is varied and plenty. The hotel is located 500m from the beach.

Rooms are looking very dated and tired, our room has a dividing door and we can hear everything our neighbours say and do. Fortunately we're a group booking and we know them. The food is nothing special pretty standard but the service has been excellent.

Not enough sunbeds for time we would like to arrive, last 2 days there was nowhere to sit nothing going on inside entertainment wise bar closed inside during the day felt the bar inside could of been open during day with some sort of entertainment going on, food was cold I struggled to eat the food as it made me vomit, there was only water and juice available for breakfast, my son who asd was refused to have a soft drink with his breakfast as I said he did not like the juice that was on offer until my husband spoke to manager it was allowed, the situation was unjustified and didn’t make sense as the beer tap was on and saw some guests having beer with their breakfast I mentioned this to reception staff and they said nothing they can do and walked away. Some parts of the experience were good, there a lot of room for improvement more entertainment for kids/adults, more sunbeds, soft drinks available at breakfast (at very least on request) refurb of rooms and friendlier staff, this hotel seemed to lack passion such a shame 😔
