Really good service from the girl in the reception when we arrived. Suggested places to eat and was very welcoming! Same experience again when we where a bit late for breakfast. Girl that was there said it was an none issue and was also very nice! Room was not to modern but clean. Service 5/5 Room 3,5/5

Nice hotel about a 15 minute walk from the train station. The room we stayed in was nice, but the carpet and some of the furniture looked old and worn down. On the day of check out, a cleaning person came to our room three times even after we put a do not disturb sign up, which was irritating.

The room was ok, the room cleaning came at the worst hours possible and didn't clean the room properly, we literally found things under the bed forgotten there for god knows how long. Breakfast was fine, we expected more variety in the food but no big deal there. The real elephant in the room is the reception, we literally had to go there at certain hours knowing that the only Italian speaker worked in the afternoon, the other receptionists didn't even bother to speak good English making them impossible to understand. There was also one episode where we asked to go to the kärnten therme knowing that we could do the ticket here with 10% off on the original price and the receptionist just answered: "can you please come tomorrow because I don't know how to do it" even though we went there 4 days before and the Italian speaker had no problem doing it for us. Underground parking paid separately 8 euros per night that was horrible to access/leave. Overall not the best experience, definitely not worth the money.
