Globus Urban Hotel

What a wonderful stay, from the moment I walked in until the moment I left! Hotel is centrally located and close to the train station. The reception (Giovanni) was so helpful! He provided food recommendations, places to visit and stores for things I was looking for. The room was small but for just one or two people it was perfect! It was clean, had AC and even had a fridge with water and some small snacks. They include breakfast too which was nice! From coffee to juice to yogurt, toast, pancakes, fresh fruit, and cereal. I had a fantastic stay, thanks Hotel Globus, I can't wait to come back!

The hotel reception and all the staff were exceptionally helpful. They gave us recommendations, directions. The breakfast was amazing and the girls, Carla and Jessica, who served it, were always smiling. The coffee was perfect. The peccorino cheese with the organic honey and the pickled veggies was delicious and the girls at the breakfast courtyard showed me how to put it together. The front desk even helped us in carrying the luggage to the taxi as the road directly to the hotel was blocked. Definitely recommend it.

I was very pleased with this hotel over my several days in Florence. It was conveniently located near the train station, offered a delicious breakfast, was clean and modern (not an easy feat in the historic center), and offered amazing service. Every staff member was extremely knowledgeable and polite. I was blown away. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast staff, whose names I took down--Jenn, Jessica, and Nika--who were so professional. My only complaints were the pillows (which were flat; an easy fix) and the exterior door didn't fit the frame perfectly which allowed in a good amount of noise and light. Thanks for the great stay!
