Glockenhof Zürich

Our family of 4 had a great stay in one of the family rooms at the hotel. It was two adjoining rooms where one of the rooms was laid out as a kids room and well stocked with toys. Everything was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very tasty with good selection. The location was also convenient for walking around the city center. There’s an exceptional toy store about a 3 minute walk away that is well worth checking out if you have young kids and space in your luggage!

We had an awesome experience staying at Hotel Glockenhof for a family of 4. The kids loved the play area and bunks in their rooms. They received lion stuffies upon welcome and there was given kids plates and utensils at breakfast. The selection at breakfast could be improved upon, but it was included in our hotel stay. The hotel is very close to the popular shopping street. and about 10-12 minute easy walk to the train station. The service at the hotel was excellent. We were greeted upon arrival, and our luggage was brought up to the room without even asking. For my daughter's birthday, I requested special attention and boy did the hotel deliver! They decorated the kids' room and gave us a cake and lots of fruit. It was a fantastic end to our vacation in Switzerland. Highly recommend for families with young kids especially.

Great stay! Reasonably priced compared to some of the surrounding hotels, and a great location. The rooms were very spacious with great bathrooms and decor. All in all, a 5 star experience and I will easily be back. Close to train station and the downtown/old town part of Zurich.
