Excellent Service – A Big Thank You to Paul, Clement, and Emmanuel! I had an exceptional experience during my stay, thanks to the outstanding service and professionalism of three remarkable staff members: Paul, Clement, and Emmanuel. Paul, from the security team, was consistently attentive, respectful, and approachable. His calm presence and commitment to guest safety created a sense of comfort throughout my stay. He was always ready to assist with a friendly attitude and made sure everything felt secure and welcoming. Clement, who works both at the hotel reception and in support roles, was truly impressive. He was warm, efficient, and very helpful with check-in and throughout my stay. His professionalism and dedication to making guests feel comfortable made a big difference and did not go unnoticed. Emmanuel, the Front Office Manager, stood out as a leader who genuinely cares about the guest experience. He managed every interaction with kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. His guidance clearly reflects in the smooth operation and high standard of service at the front desk. Together, these three gentlemen made my stay incredibly pleasant. They are a true credit to the hotel and set a shining example of what excellent hospitality looks like. Gloria Hotel A Truly Welcoming Experience I had the pleasure of staying at Gloria Hotel recently, and what made the experience truly outstanding were three incredible staff members: Emmanuel, Clement and paul. Emmanuel was the first person I interacted with upon arrival, and his kindness, professionalism, and natural warmth made me feel instantly at ease. He’s attentive without being intrusive, and his willingness to help, no matter the time or request, was deeply appreciated. Clement showed such dedication and calm efficiency throughout my stay. He has a quiet confidence about him that makes you feel you're in good hands. Whether it was assistance with logistics or simply checking in with a smile, Clement brought a thoughtful, composed energy that made a real difference. Paul was cheerful, reliable, and always ready to assist. His sense of humour, attention to detail, and easygoing manner added a personal touch that elevated my stay. He brings a great vibe to the team and makes every interaction enjoyable. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-located but it's the people that make it special. Emmanuel, Clement, and Paul are exceptional at what they do, and it shows. I left feeling well looked after and will absolutely return. After a long flight to Qatar, we had a short 24-hour layover and chose to stay at Gloria Hotel & Suites Doha and honestly, it was the best decision. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by Emmanuel, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He didn’t just check us in, he made us feel truly welcomed and even took the time to suggest places we could visit during our short stay. After such a long journey, that kind of genuine customer service made a huge difference. The room itself was beautiful. It was modern, clean, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed to relax and recharge. The hotel’s location is also ideal, just a short drive from the airport and close to several sightseeing spots, which was perfect given our limited time. Everything about our stay was amazing. We truly wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for transit stays. Big thanks again to Emmanuel for making us feel at home!
