If you want great value for your spending dollars and quite arguably the best central location in Hong Kong this hotel is for you. Front desk representative Jackie provided us with a fantastic room. Concierge representatives Vic & Mark helped us with every exploration, transportation detail and local food tips. There services were professional and outstanding. We lacked for nothing during our stay. The Internet is ripping fast as well. We highly recommend this hotel with two thumbs way up.

Great location and only 4mins walk to Wan Chai station. Tidy rooms and good daily service. Definitely worth the money. However, you’re not allowed to eat your nibbles or drinks in the reception waiting area, which is rather unusual compared to many other hotels of the same league. If the hotel aspires to be more customer-friendly, I would kindly suggest the management to revisit its guest area policy. It’s the small things that set apart an excellent hotel from a good hotel.

The rooms are unimaginably huge by Hong Kong standards. The amenities are decent and room is clean. I believe they provide gym but no pool, though the location is fabulous and the price is fair. You can reach the subway station in a minute, and Victoria Park and Central are just a few minutes’ walk away. The service was satisfactory, and the hotel has all the essentials you’d expect. A big plus is that the TV offers Netflix and YouTube with tons of channels
