Glow Ao Nang Krabi

A fantastic stay at GLOW Ao Nang Krabi! The rooms are clean, stylish, and very comfortable — perfect after a long day of exploring. The pool area is a highlight: relaxing, colorful, and great for both families and couples. The location is super convenient, just minutes away from Ao Nang Beach, shops, and local eateries. Staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Great value for money…highly recommend for anyone visiting Krabi!

Reading the reviews I had high expectations for my stay at Glow, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to them. When we first arrived, the bedsheets had blood stains on them, and the headboard was dirty. Speaking with the front desk felt more like an inconvenience than a solution. They offered to change our room, but it felt like a downgrade from the one we already had. Although they did change the bedsheets, it wasn't the best way to start our holiday. The breakfast buffet looked fantastic and was one of the reasons we chose Glow; however, it was extremely disappointing. Everything was cold and lacked flavor. On the positive side, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the pool was great, the location was decent, and the price was good. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but it certainly didn't live up expectation.

The hotel has unfortunately seen better days. The room was quite worn, and the furniture and bathroom had some unsightly stains. The room was well cleaned, but despite that, I didn't feel comfortable. The towels smelled bad, musty; one even smelled of cigarettes, which was very unpleasant after a shower. My bedsheets had a stain. The housekeeping lady replaced the sheets and towels upon request. I took some pictures that clearly show the condition of the room. The breakfast buffet was okay, but some of the items on the buffet didn't look very appetizing. The coffee tasted good. The atmosphere in the breakfast room wasn't very cozy; it was quite noisy. The floors in the lobby and hallways were often wet and dirty. I was very disappointed with my stay. I previously stayed at GLOW in Phuket Mira Karon, and I had a very positive experience there. It's a good idea to read the reviews beforehand. The hotel desperately needs to invest in maintenance and hygiene. Overall, I wouldn't necessarily recommend the hotel, there are certainly better options in the area.
