Glow Pattaya

Very happy with our stay. Super friendly and helpful staff. Don't worry about the 1000 thb deposit. But please retain the receipt, they will return it back unless you do some real damage. The pool was relaxing and offered some nice views of the city. You get cabs on bolt easily, there is a 7/11 at walkable distance and a lot of cute eateries and spas too. Best part is the breakfast buffet spread. Tasty and different cuisines available. Definitely recommend the place!

GLOW Hotel is a decent stay located about 1.5 km from Walking Street and the beach. The hotel features a large swimming pool, terrace garden, restaurant, and gym, which adds great value for the price. The rooms are well-maintained and come with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I recommend booking with breakfast included, as it’s convenient and worth it. Otherwise, a comfortable and pleasant place to stay in Pattaya—recommended. One drawback is the language barrier. Most of the staff speak only the local language, which can be difficult for international guests.

Location was good and easy access to everywhere of cos by bike. Slacking part which disappointed us was the room not cleaned properly and there were still dust everywhere, the room had cockroaches near the bed and along tv area and bathroom. When we informed front desk, they sent someone to spray the room but after spraying there were still cockroaches and this time we got them to change room from 1412 to 1513. Upon changing room, the new room had aircond problem hot air issue. Again we got the staff to change our room back to 1412 provided room is properly cleaned and sprayed. But we were surprised room still not swept, dust still there and died cockroach still in the bathroom. This is how 4 star hotel operates is it? Aside to that, very limited variety for breakfast, bedsheets and pillow cover had stains, low water pressure, special request for extra pillows only fulfilled on 18th April but next day none, staff can hardly speak proper English. We had to use Google translate to communicate with the staff. They don't even have laundry bag! Rooms booked stated city view and all we could see was hotel building. I left 1 bottle booze drink unopened in the fridge during the room exchange process and I informed the front desk twice about it and I want it back but nothing came back to me. I never had these many issues during my previous stay in Pattaya in a different hotel and they were also 4 🌟. We will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
