A little outside of Old Town but still on major tram lines to everywhere. I liked that it wasn’t right in the middle of town because it was much quieter at night. Room was good with a bathtub and electric shutters for the windows. Internet was the faster so far in Zürich and breakfast was both affordable and good with plenty of options.

I booked 2 rooms for my family to stay for 3 nights whilst we attended the women's euros football tournament. A lot of comments say that the hotel is dated, it may be, but i see this as a bonus. Large rooms with quality furnishings.The location was ideal with a safe secure car parking facility just across the road. The football ground and fan zones were easily accessible as was the FIFA museum (a short walk) and transport for the Lindt chocolate museum, The lake is only a short walk away.Breakfast was good quality items with very good service.We found the staff at the hotel particular helpful with the many questions that we had. Overall a very enjoyable stay

Room and service were good, but I question the professionalism of the reception. I stayed 2 nights for business travel prepaid by my employer. However when I checked out, I've been asked by one reception lady to pay an amount of one-night, "scan the card then I will explain". I was very confused and uncomfortable, but I have to catch the train so I reached out later that day. She explained it was a misunderstanding and promised the refund. But after a few days it didn't happen. I am travelling across Europe and this was the only time such unpleasant thing occured, unfortunately.
