Great experience in this GM Premium hotel. The staff is very open and understand hospitality. Breakfast was great as well as the rooftop bar. The location is very convenient for exploring Old town. The rooms are a bit on the smaller sight for a family of 3 but the beds are great and the room is clean. Hope to return one day!
The location and staff are just amazing. The decor was also such a nice touch. What makes this hotel stand out is the fact that they really take care of you all the way until the end. We stayed for one night but they made sure we safely left the hotel and even offered shower amenities to make sure we were comfortable. We even got walked to our grab car and escorted so everything went smoothly. The location is incredibly central to all the major points of the city. Overall, highly recommend! (And the breakfast was good!)
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Location is excellent, lovely room, great breakfast, rooftop pool and loved the rooftop bar! All staff were friendly and very helpful especially Peter who gave us recommendations during our stay! We would definitely stay here again! A beautiful hotel in the heart of Hanoi!
