We booked this hotel for our recent trip. The rooms are not well maintained and to add to it even ACs were not working. There was also a constant power cut throughout the night. We found it a bit overpriced considering the service, room quality and food options. We had opted for breakfast and to our disliking there were limited options and once the food was over, it was not refilled. They have a strict policy with regards to outside liquor that they don't allow outside liquor within hotel premises. Only 2 litres of water is given per day and in our case this was not provided for the other day except day 1. While requesting for ice, we were informed to take a bucket of ice which was again chargeable. Would not recommend this place if you are looking for a comfortable and chill experience.

We had the pleasure of organizing an event at your esteemed hotel in December of the previous year (2023-24). However, it has been over two years since the event, and we are still awaiting a response regarding the pending TDS amount. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to your department representatives, both at the Goa and Delhi branches, we have been met with complete silence. The lack of communication and unresponsiveness from your team is not only unprofessional but also raises concerns about the hotel's commitment to its clients. As a valued client, we expect a certain level of service and attention to our concerns. Unfortunately, the experience with your account department has fallen short of our expectations. We understand that mistakes can happen, but the prolonged silence and lack of response are unacceptable. I request the hotel's management to look into this matter urgently and provide us with a resolution regarding the pending TDS amount. It is essential to maintain transparency and communication with clients, especially when it comes to financial matters.
