2 stars only for the beautiful area, cottage and views. No service. We came to celebrate a bachelorette party and were not prepared for the fact that for some reason the complex was powered by a generator that was going off every half hour. Then we sat for almost an hour without light, slept all night to the hum of the generator in perfect silence, and in the morning we woke up to the uncontrolled blinking of all the light bulbs (by the way, in the bedroom they shine right into your eyes) and it was impossible to turn them off with the switches. We tried calling the reception, but the connection was simply dead (the receptionist was probably just tired of our calls). In the rain, we didn't want to go up to the reception across the street, so we just woke up, got ready and left. In addition to everything, it was very cold all evening and night, the cottage was not heated at all, there was no hot water and there was dirt and hair everywhere in the shower drain in each room. I am not talking about the lack of pool heating in bad weather. I think for such money it should be included. Fortunately, we swam in the outdoor pool in another recreation complex. In general, I got the impression that this complex is not interested in a comfortable stay for its guests and providing quality service.

the scenery here is incredible and that, unfortunately, is where the pros end everything is beautiful on instagram, there are many good reviews on booking and it is very confusing in reality, you will be met by a poor state of the chalet (repairs should be renewed a long time ago, half of the light bulbs do not work, etc.), poor service, dirt and lack of any amenities the complex was obviously made purely for commerce, without concern for people and their comfort in a large chalet, which is designed for 11 people, there are too few dishes (and also dirty!), a cheap plastic kettle (also dirty), there is one small roll of towels, which is obviously not enough, there are also no cloths and cloth towels for hands in the kitchen, there is no banal oil, tea and coffee (there is also no coffee at the reception) in the rooms on the floor, the carpet is very dirty and burned in many places, the towels are stained, there is no tulle, which is very impractical, especially for a room on the first floor no air conditioners! you will have to pay extra for firewood, spa, accommodation with pets I was unpleasantly surprised by the accessibility point on the booking, because the entire area is equipped with stairs and people in wheelchairs will not be able to rest there

There is no way to work normally and quickly and then relax if necessary. There is no internet on the second floor of the houses at all, and only in the house by the pool is there more or less internet. I had to work and freeze in the rain outside to have at least some internet
