This hotel exemplifies excellence in both service and accommodation. The staff demonstrated remarkable professionalism and attentiveness throughout my stay. The room was impeccably maintained, tastefully furnished, and offered every modern convenience. Its central location further enhanced the overall experience, making it an ideal choice for discerning travelers. I unreservedly enjoyed it. Especially, The front office manager, Mr.Shoji Nambiar was exceptionally professional, courteous, and efficient. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly enhanced my stay. My husband and I stayed here for 11days and we enjoyed our stay there. The hotel is in a prime location, close to Kaloor metro station. Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Hotel staff were customer friendly and house keeping was awesome. Only disadvantage was network (WiFi) connection was not stable, but they are working on improvements.

Business Halls: Stayed for a week due to work. Service was good, but all rooms were smoked with camphor or a similar substance to keep mosquitoes away—an unpleasant experience for me and my team. Food: Had breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets. Highlights were the biriyani served during lunch and the live appam counter, which made fluffy, soft, hot appams on demand. Customer Service: During peak lunch hours, staff struggled to deliver prompt service. Ambience: Décor felt outdated, and there was either no music or a poor choice of it—not the best atmosphere.
